Development
Phil co-founded 3rd Story Philly in 2016 while working on renovation and new construction projects with Katz Development. A graduate of The William Penn Charter School and Washington University in St. Louis, Phil found his real estate passion by launching 3rd Story Philly and helping homeowners, many in the same predicament his family was in, through the entire process of adding on to their homes. Phil holds holds a PA real estate license.
ZACH WINTERS

A native Philadelphian, Zach grew up in Germantown taking care of and restoring Victorians. He was endowed with a love of architecture and the city's deep history. With a background of carpentry in his hometown and the Caribbean, Zach co-founded 3rd Story Philly along with City Life Construction (CLC), aspiring to leave a legacy of positive development.
BEN KATZ

Sales
Ben brings a unique approach to real estate buying, selling, and ground-up construction. Ben has a particular interest in helping builders and developers acquire land to promote development of sustainable commercial, residential and mixed-use structures. Ben has served 12 years in the United States Air Force as a pilot and navigator with over 2,500 worldwide flight hours. His military experience and commitment to integrity, service, and excellence translate to the real estate and development space as Ben offers a well-balanced and organized approach to exceeding his customers’ needs.
